Terms & booking conditions

Draft. This page is a starting point, not finished legal text. The highlighted parts still need Haritini’s details, and the whole thing should be checked by a lawyer before the site goes public.

Who you are dealing with

These classes and lessons are sold by [registered business name], based at [address], tax number [ΑΦΜ / VAT number]. Questions about a booking or an order go to [contact email].

Private lessons

  • A lesson lasts the time shown when you book it and takes place either at the studio or live over video, as you choose.
  • The hour is yours as soon as the booking is confirmed. Nobody else can book an overlapping time.
  • For an online lesson the joining link is sent with your confirmation. Please be ready a few minutes early.
  • Times shown on the site are in the studio’s local time zone.

Paying

  • Card — paid at the moment you book.
  • Cash — for lessons at the studio only, paid when you arrive.
  • Revolut transfer — you receive a reference code with your booking. The hour is held for 24 hours; if the transfer has not arrived by then the booking may be released.

Changing or cancelling

You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the lesson. After that the lesson is charged in full, unless we agree otherwise — illness and emergencies are dealt with case by case. If Haritini has to cancel, you are offered another time or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Video classes

  • Buying a class gives one person the right to watch it for the period shown at checkout — a week, a month, or with no time limit.
  • Access is personal. Sharing your account, downloading, re-recording, or re-publishing a class anywhere is not allowed.
  • Free classes carry the same rules, minus the payment.
  • Because access is granted immediately, purchased classes are not refundable once you have started watching, [confirm this against Greek/EU distance-selling rules].

Training safely

Pole, heels and flexibility training are physical activities carried out at your own risk. Work within your ability, warm up, use crash mats where appropriate, and speak to a doctor before starting if you are pregnant, injured, or have a medical condition. Filmed classes cannot see you, so stop if something hurts.

If something goes wrong

Write to [contact email] first — most things are sorted out in an email. These terms are governed by Greek law [confirm with a lawyer].
